You're totally correct that the 24th is bigger than the 4th here. I don't even think that kids in this state realized what the 4th is, but they damned sure know what the 24th is. I look forward to the fireworks starting up in my neighborhood again. They'll last from the 23rd of July until the 27th... GUARANTEED.
Oh yeah there will totally be fireworks going off, and it will last from 6pm to 2am (non-stop)
Okay, now I am curious, what exactly IS the 24th?
And, your boss sounds like my bosses, always wanting to know what is going on at all times. Of course mine are 8, 4 & 2, so I can tell them to go away. The pay sucks tho.

And that's what I'm going to do at work - I just didn't have a plan until now.. Just start making crap up.
The 24th is our State Holiday. It's Pioneer Day (it's the day the Mormon's came to Utah and said "This is the Place").
And Tiffany I do the same thing with instant message I keep talking to my friends while my boss is talking to me, I just say Uh-huh at the right times
yeah, sometimes I get pissed when she asks me to do real work. It interfere's with my blogging and well, that-just-sucks.

I'm all about the 24th, one more holiday from work ... except this year cause it falls on a SUNDAY!!! My boss is the same, except he asks me 200 times a day what is going on in the office. He never remembers the 199 other times I tell him. Such a loser.

The mormons came right through Omaha on their way to you! Omaha, Ne is the shit! No really, large cemetary in Norh Omaha, where some mromons died one winter.

thanks Nitro, I love reading your blog, people in Utah are crazy and that's coming from a person who's lived in Utah her who life!
Good Lord...your boss is nuradic (sp)..she need theropy and meds...or someone to give her better sex so that she can think about something other than work...the idea to give her things to worry about is great...but that will just cause her to worry more...maybe she is just tring to look busy or important while she is out of the office...she has trust issues....that or maybe she is in love with you...LOL...seriously you should just be like LOOK, I GOT IT COVERED...IF ANYTHING HAPPENS I WILL CALL YOU...of course that will cause her to feel as though she is not needed and ODVIOUSLY requires this feeling of being needed...
