A funny Abbie Story:
When Abbie and I were living on our own in good ole' Ogden. I was cleaning his litterbox, he was watching me from the tub (he loved to sit in the tub). I look up at him and he's concentrating harder then he normally is. The next thing I see is a line of pee going down the drain! He had pee'd in the tub!!!! So I grabbed him, turned on the water and started washing him off! I'm not sure why I did that, maybe I thought he had gotten some on himself or something. Maybe I was just punishing him. He was not happy with that at all. I finished his litterbox. Then I had to clean the damn tub! And I scrubbed that baby! After that Abbie tried to rub against my leg and I wouldn't let him... I was still mad. I didn't pay attention to him the entire night, I wanted him to know we were in a fight.
Here is my Angel now... he hasn't pee'd in the tub since.... I taught him!

Isn't peeing in the tub better than peeing on the bedroom floor?? I'd take the tub any day.
at least he didn't poop. i came home one day to find that the door to the "litter box closet" had been accidently closed, and my darlings had pooped in the tub. better than on the floor but, hey! i freaking lay naked in that thing!
I used to wash my cat after he did something crazy - and now I can't remember what, which is going to make me crazy!!!
Why is it that cats like to watch their owners clean the litter boz? Are they supervising? Are they laughing at you because you have to scoop their foul, stanky, pee? I'm not sure. BUt it's wierd.
