I have to have thing in order. I'm always alphabetizing my CDs and my DVD's. I've even gone as far as alphabetizing other peoples DVD's when they leave the room.
I also color coordinate my clothes. I've sepearted my short sleeve shirts from my long sleeve shirts then color coordinated them as needed. I was at my sisters house a while back and they are always stealing my clothes so I steal theirs. While I was shuffling through her closet I started color coordiating the shirts so I could find them easier.
Another thing that I do is I start folding clothes while I'm shopping. This I can pass off as an occupational hazard, since I've worked retail for almost the past 7 years up until I got this lovely desk job. I will even arrange the clothes that are on hangers by size so they are easier to view. And let's not forget that I will finger space the hangers once they are in order so that they look nice. I really have to fight with myself when I go shopping not to do the employee's job and just look, but it's so hard!

I'm totally the same ... scary.
I wish I was more like you..I find it hard to organize anything. It's so much easier to throw my clothes on the ground than actually hang them up. I wish you would rub off on me!!
I do the same thing! My husband calls me selectively neurotic. My clost is broken down into style and then color. All shirts and dresses must be facing right.
The selectively neurotic part comes because the bottom of my closet with my shoes and everything else is a mess... I don't care about that, as long as my shirts are facing the correct way.
Yup I'm like that too, bottom of the closet in chaos top of the closet needs to be perfect with all clothes facing same direction. My husband likes his clothes facing the opposite way so that's hard!
I tried to do my husbands closet the same as mine... but he kept messing it up and driving me crazy. We have now come to an agreement that he must keep his closet shut at all times so I don't have to see it!
lol... i do it by sleeve length as well... it's a disease, I tell you!
yeah...I know how to REALLY torture JustMe. (All I have to do is bring my kids!)
I laugh because her OCD is so visible... her breathing speeds up as the kids come closer to her alphabetized movie collection...
ha ha ha, that's not true!
Don't get me started about the kitchen. I hate when cupboard doors are left open. So whenever my family comes over they open every one!
