Welcome to 2005

We recently got a Portable DVD Player... yeah yeah welcome to the 21st century. Anyways my husband has been watching it non-stop. It's so funny he even watches it in the bathtub now. The other day my mom and I were going to the Home Show (which was wonderful) before leaving I went to say goodbye to Bob and he was in the bathtub watching a movie. Abbie our cat, was on the edge of the tub also watching the tv. It's always nice having my two boys together, bonding.

I'll admit it has been nice having the portable DVD player. Maybe we'll even take it outside to watch a movie while roasting marshmellows in our fire pit; oh the possibilities!

Husband in a bathtub? I don't think mine has ever taken a bath in his life. He's a "shower guy." I guess he thinks taking a bath entails bubble bath and scented lotion.

Anyway, we don't have a portable DVD player. Wish we did. Then maybe my husband would take baths.

you think you'll do all those things...until it falls in the bathtub...then bye bye dvd player

you can even use it to keep yourself entertained in the backseat while your husband drives!

Or use it to keep your husband quiet while you scrapbook!

i'm with loo on this one. benny has never taken a bath in his life... although he will lay down in the tub and let the water from the shower hit him. i don't understand this behavior at all. to me, the porceline would be much too cold to lay down on.

my cat used to watch me shower and, contrary to popular belief, not all cats hate water. in fact, when nytro was a kitten, i showered with her a couple of times. weird, huh?

and now... i think i've yet again revealed too much. damn.

ps: my word was tkwat. good thing they threw the k in there.

I love mine - I need to get the car kit that goes with it.. but it seems like it was as expensive as just getting a cheap one installed in the backseat for Faith.

It has saved me from weirdos on planes.. and more importantly - a 6 hour wait at the Ford dealership when I was pregnant and VERY irritable!!
