Why is it when someone cuts me off and I honk at them, they flip me off? I mean they are the one that is being rude and cutting me off not the other way around.
Why do people feel they need to talk very loud when they are eating at a restaurant and the other person is sitting right across from them. The same goes for talking too loud on their cell phone. (a) I don't want to hear their conversation. (b) I can't hear the person I'm out to lunch with over their loud conversation. and (c) well I don't have a C, I just hope they choke on their food so I can have a little bit of quite!.
Why is it that people feel they need to weave in and out of traffic. They usually end up getting stuck at the next light or stopped by traffic.
Why is it that people feel they have the right away both on the freeway and the side roads? Today I saw a guy in the far left lane, shoot across 4 lanes of traffic to get off at the off ramp, making many people slam on their brakes as he cut them all off. Also I saw a guy make a right hand turn and he wasn't in the turn lane!
People just make me wonder sometimes!

I hate it when people are turning left, there's a middle TURNING LANE, and yet...they continue to wait in your lane until it's clear to go! What the hell is a turning lane for you freakin' idiot?!
I have an answer for you:
People are idiots. We cannot expect anything more from them than we would a first grader. Well, maybe not, first graders say please and thank-you. People are idiots.
I could have written this post.. in fact, I think I did at some point.. I have some old list of my pet peeves somewhere floating in space and all these things are on there.
And this is why I have to feign road rage.. or I would have the real thing.

I'm so with you on the driving thing. Yeah, fly by me ONLY to be stopped right in front of me at the next light. MORON!! Ugh!
The loud talking thing? I'm one of the people you probably hate. I'm from the Northeast and I think we just tend to be loud. Well, my family and friends anyway. Sorry. :(
People drive me nuts! I never know what to do when people flip me off for honking at them after they have almost killed me. I usually stare at them in amazment and relect on how greatful I am that I am not a dumbass.
