Okay not really that's just gross. I'm hoping to use it to tone up but definilty not to beef up. The husband is super excited about it though! He had two friend help bring the equipment into our house and he's already started putting it together. There are about a billion pieces! He has also managed to drop one of the boxes on the edge of his toe. Which is great because at the moment we don't have ANY insurance. His toe is cut and black and blue but we think it will be okay. Hopefully not broken. So this weekend will be filled with the husband trying to put together the weight bench. I"m actually really excited about it! Mainly because my husband is going to be HOT (as if he could get any hotter)! He's already got a few friends wanting to come over and use it. Maybe we'll start charging them a gym membership fee... he he. Okay it's not that nice.

well... even if it is broke, there's not much they could do for it. just make sure he stays off it for a little while.
glad to hear you're working out. are you still planning on doing the MS150???
Nytro, My Brother in Law is a Fireman in Ogden and he basically said the same thing. It just needs to drain and the toenail will more then likely fall off. It's pretty gross though.
As for the MS150 I may do it, I'm not really sure. Have you ever done it?
