Time? What's that?

I figured after the christmas rush of parties and last minute shopping my life would slow down once the new year came.

I was wrong.

I seem to be over exerting myself. Joining groups and making myself available all the time. I rush home from work trying to run errands as I go. Then have meetings/girls nights/card groups or whatever is on the board for today.

I haven't seen my husband for more then 10 minutes in a day the past 2 days and won't see him the next 2 days.

So here is why the husband and I haven't had a moment together:
Sunday - Super Bowl - I couldn't even get my husbands attention if I walked in the living room naked. But the rest of the family would have gotten a good show
Monday - Girls Night Out. - normally one of the girl's husband calls around nine to tell her that the baby is crying and he doesn't know what to do (this is their third child). So we are usually home by at least 10. Not this night. She didn't come to girls night and we didn't get home until Midnight. Oye Vey I have work in the morning.
Tuesday- Card Group - We only have our card group once every two months so I was okay with this. And the husband had basketball practice so I was off the hook on feeling guilty.
Wednesday - Bunko - This is just starting and it was suppose to be the second Wednesday of the month but since it's Valentines day next Wednesday they bumped it up a week.
Thursday - Belly Dancing - This is a eight week class and the one day a week that I actually work out right now. So I love this class. I just need to come home afterwards. Last week we went shopping.
Friday - I actually don't have anything planned for this day. I may just have to veg at home and catch up on my DVR. We are getting pretty full this week.

I have loads of things like this as well. I need to because my husband doesn't really have the same need for interaction/friendship that I do, so it is vital.

I have cut back quite a bit from a few years back, but I still have a lot going on.

I so want to try belly dancing. It looks awesome.

whoah, I could read into psychology of all this...but I'm just going to pretend it's because you LIKE to stay busy. LOL.

oh me oh my - I so would kill for just a hip vid of the belly dancing. pwease?

I understand doing too much, then too little, then too much. You'll find a happy medium. Until that time you'll be insane.
