Okay I was tired of looking at my black and blue legs. So I need a new post.



But what to talk about?



I could talk about the fact that THE ENTIRE STATE IS ON FIRE! Last night I flipped past the news to catch a map with all the places that were burning. There were at least eight fires currently burning. The largest being the Milford Flat fire which has already burned over 300,000 acres. It's just crazy! I'll need to upload a picture of the mountains or the lack there of... maybe later tonight. But the haze that has enveloped the Salt Lake Valley isn't even from most of the fires that are burning inside the state, nope we get the smoke from other states. And since the Salt Lake Valley is surrounded by mountains it sits. Today we have a little bit of off and on rain which is great and it's finally cooled down from the 100+ degrees we've been having. But I can't complain about the heat too much, I go from an air conditioned office to my air conditioned car to my air conditioned house. Barely setting foot outside. But I do feel for my husband that has to work in it for 8+ hours a day.

I could also talk about the fact that we FINALLY have a room finished in the basement. There are still minor things I'd like to get done in it like blinds and mirrors and a cornershelf and pictures but that's all just decorations. The room is finished in my eyes. But that will be another post with pictures.

So not much to really talk about just needed to get those ugly pictures of my legs off the top of my page.
