Being sick sucks.
Being sick for 3 weeks sucks even more!
It all started with a simple cold the week before St. Patricks day, I even took a 1/2 day because I felt like crap (that and i was drugged up from Nyquil). We got some of that Zycam stuff (love it) and the cold was gone within a day. Yet I still had a dry throat and would cough all night long. Well that cough is still here and it's been two week. Now the cough is adding not only the dry throat but the congested chest. I feel like I have a weight on my chest! I feel fine other then I want to cough up my lung. When I wake up in the morning my voice is practically gone because of all the congestion in my chest. Robitussin is helping a little bit but I'm a fast acting type of girl. When I want results I want them now!
I've decided that if my cough/congestion isn't gone by next Monday I'll go to the doctor (is that putting it off long enough?)
Tomorrow I have to take my brand new car in to the shop because the airbag light won't turn off. WTF??? This is why I got a BRAND new car! So I wouldn't have to take it to the shop! GRRRRR....
Then on Thursday I get to go to the girl doctor! Fun! Hopefully this will be a good doctor and will take me serious. I've had the hardest time with doctors lately. I never get the answers we want and they usually give me the run around. So this doctor I'll be more agressive with and I will get the results that I want (hopefully)

I'm so sorry you are sick!! It seems to be going around. half of my work is out sick. I think it is the changing of the seasons, it always screws with my health and allergies. I hope you feel better soon!
Besides tasting completely ick...Nyquil works for my chest congestion, but it also lowers respitory rate, so that congestion can be worse in the morning. ICK.
I had "The Black Lung" for about a month. It S.u.c.k.e.d.

be careful about taking the Robbitussen if you take to much you will start tripping(like when you take acid)but maybe that will be good then you dont think about being sick
